Terms of Service

Use of the Invaq UAE platform (invaq.me) is subject to a subscription agreement between your organization and Invaq Technologies LLC covering usage limits, uptime commitments, and data handling.

Invaq is not an Accredited Service Provider and does not itself submit invoices to the UAE Federal Tax Authority; it prepares and routes compliant documents through third-party ASPs on your behalf.
