Privacy Policy

Invaq Technologies LLC (“Invaq”) processes invoice, tenant, and account data solely to operate the e-invoicing compliance platform described at invaq.me, including validation, XML generation, and routing to Accredited Service Providers on your behalf.

Data is stored in Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage under Google Cloud infrastructure, scoped per tenant. Access is restricted to your organization's authenticated members and the systems required to deliver the service.
